High quality, without exception
Every piece that goes in a box is genuinely good. That part is non-negotiable, whatever its origin. I aim to source from UK-based makers I've spoken with directly, never a wholesale catalogue.
Natural, wherever it matters
Where a product carries organic certification, the card inside the box tells you so. Where it doesn't, I lean natural over synthetic whenever the category allows.
Small-batch, wherever possible
I favour pieces whose quantities are limited by the maker's own capacity, not mine. It's part of why nothing feels generic.
Packaging that isn't wasteful
Recyclable, reusable or compostable materials throughout. No plastic void-fill, ever.
