About these terms
These terms apply whenever you use this website or engage [COMPANY LEGAL NAME](“Consilea”) for gift concierge, sourcing, corporate gifting or membership services. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Our services
Consilea provides gift sourcing, curation and concierge services. Because much of what we do is bespoke, specific deliverables, pricing and timelines for individual engagements are confirmed in writing before work begins, and take precedence over the indicative figures shown on this site.
Gifting memberships
Membership boxes are billed on the cadence you choose (monthly, quarterly or twice yearly). You may pause or cancel your membership at any time via your account or by emailing us; a cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, and does not entitle you to a refund for a box already dispatched.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and confirmed in writing before payment is taken. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, confirmed at the point of order. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you've provided.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have 14 days to cancel an online order for a full refund. This right does not apply to goods made or personalised to your specification (including most curated and bespoke gifts), or to goods that are perishable. We'll always tell you clearly at checkout if an item is exempt.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, and the Consilea name and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where that liability can't be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
