Discover
A short conversation about the person, the occasion, and what you'd never think to ask for.
What happens
A 15–20 minute call or written brief covering the recipient, the occasion, your budget and anything you already know they'd love, or hate.
What I need from you
Their name, the occasion and date, a rough budget, and any hard constraints (allergies, colours, past gifts to avoid repeating).
Timeline
Same day as enquiry, usually within 24 hours.
Research
I build a shortlist from independent makers and trusted houses, never a generic catalogue.
What happens
I search my maker network and trusted suppliers against your brief, ruling out anything generic or already given.
What I need from you
Nothing further from you at this stage. This is my work to do.
Timeline
2–4 working days, depending on service.
Curate
Three to five options, each with a reason attached, sent for your reaction, not your homework.
What happens
You receive a short, visual shortlist with a one-line reason for each piece: a decision, not a research project.
What I need from you
A reaction: a preference, a 'none of these,' or nothing at all if you'd rather I simply chose.
Timeline
Your response, whenever suits. I don't chase.
Refine
One round of adjustment, on me, until the choice feels unmistakably right.
What happens
I adjust the selection based on your reaction: a different price point, a different tone, a different maker.
What I need from you
Confirmation once you're happy, so I can lock in sourcing and timing.
Timeline
1–2 working days for a revised option.
Deliver
Wrapped, noted, and timed to arrive exactly when it should, never a day early or late.
What happens
Sourcing, quality check, hand-wrapping, a note if you'd like one, and delivery timed to your date.
What I need from you
A delivery address and, for surprises, confirmation the recipient won't intercept the parcel.
Timeline
Matched to your occasion date, confirmed in advance.
