How does a personalised gift box work?

Choose a budget (£40, £80 or £150), then tell me about the person in a short profile. Links, screenshots and a Pinterest board are welcome but optional. I research the person, source from independent makers and small businesses around what you've told me, and bring it together as one finished gift with a note on why each piece was chosen.

What sort of things go in?

Whatever suits the person and the budget: ceramics from small studios, prints, books, jewellery, stationery, kitchen things, small-batch food. There's no set number of items; the budget goes where it makes the strongest gift.

Is every box different?

Yes. There's no stock of pre-packed boxes. Each one is sourced from scratch for the person it's for, so two boxes at the same price can look completely different.

Are the products new or second-hand?

Gift boxes lean towards new pieces from independent makers and small businesses. Where it genuinely suits the person I might add a vintage or preloved find. If you'd like the search to lean much further into preloved and vintage, that's a Styled Bundle.

Can I send a Pinterest board or screenshots of their style?

Please do. Paste board or pin links into the profile and upload up to twelve screenshots or photos. It doesn't need to be an organised moodboard.

What happens if I don't know exactly what they like?

That's normal, and it's what I'm for. Tell me what you do know, even if it's small or oddly specific, and I'll interpret it.

Can you send it directly to the recipient?

Yes. Put their name and address at checkout and it goes straight to them, with your card message if you've written one. Or send it to yourself to hand over in person.

Can I buy a box for myself?

Gift boxes are made for someone else. If you'd like me to shop your own taste, Styled Bundles are made for exactly that.

Can I get boxes regularly?

Gift boxes are one-off. For ongoing gifting — remembering dates, sourcing for everyone who matters — Concierge is the better fit.

Can I request things I don't want included?

Yes. There's a space in the profile for allergies, scents, colours, clutter, anything they already have too much of. I treat it as a firm rule.

How long does it take, and where do you deliver?

Please allow up to 10 working days for sourcing and packing; I'll plan sourcing and dispatch around the date you need it. UK delivery is included. If you need a box outside the UK, email me before ordering.

You don't need to describe someone's taste perfectly. Paste a Pinterest board, a few pins, an Instagram or TikTok you think is very them, or links to shops and products they like. Then add screenshots and photos straight from your camera roll.

It doesn't need to be an organised moodboard. A few random screenshots are often more useful than a paragraph, and seemingly unrelated things tend to be the best clues.

Where it genuinely suits the person, I'll add a vintage or preloved piece. Not because it's second-hand, but because it's the right thing.
